Verrà realizzata una ricerca che comprenderà l’analisi degli indicatori quantitativi e qualitativi circa i mutamenti riscontrati nelle capacità del personale docente di comprendere e soddisfare le esigenze educative dei giovani. Tale documento assume particolare rilevanza per i decisori politici, la comunità accademica, gli enti di formazione, e le organizzazioni non direttamente coinvolte nel progetto che affrontano tematiche simili (ad esempio, le scuole).
